We plan a building for the art of living successfully by each member of the family. Rehabilitation of Building

Procedure to remove every cause of failure and repair the structural elements, such as, the foundation, walls, slabs, beams and columns is designed. Materials for repair should be compatible with the materials used in the original structure. We evaluate repair materials from the market for their suitability.

The rooms in a building are for performance of Basic Functions. The grades of requirement of Basic Functions in Foyer, Living Room, Dining Room, Bed Room, Bath Room, Dressing and Balcony are personal. But the performance in each is evaluated according to what the market values. A similar Table can show the outdoor activities and the preferred locations, such as, verandah, balcony, patio, lawn, garden, courtyard, paved area, gym or simply as outdoor. Another Table shows the preferred locations of rooms in the desired octagonal directions, such as, North, North East etc. Then the value is derived from comparable sale instances.
