Training is like being on a train; demonstrates how to develop synergy of body and mind through activities with knowledge (mindfulness).

Training demonstrates the knowhow to -

  • Principles that lead to success
  • Be aware of strength, weakness, opportunity and threat (SWOT).
  • Identify attitudes whose degrees are to be increased or decreased.
  • Functional perfection of body and senses
  • Achieve success through activities with knowledge (Kriya Yoga)

Anything worth doing is not only doing well, but giving it the best one can. Result is functional perfection. Control of inputs and activities is through self-discipline. One does not become a disciple of self until he is convinced about the ‘why’ and ‘how’ of following the ‘Rules’ (Niyam) for success.

Training enables to develop Synergy of body and mind through mindfulness by -

  • Knowhow from Part 1 of manual
  • Indicating the degrees of activities performed daily for success.
  • Training and group discussions to identify mental blocks.
  • Using the software (Glossary & Help menu) ensures correct inputs.

Training gives the knowhow to develop intuitive faculty and genius (Genero: Produce / Create) by –

  1. Minimising negative attitudes (ego) and restoring crystal clear mind as at birth
  2. Being versatile
  3. Successive refinement of action and meditation (Reflection) to develop intuitive true knowledge
  4. Functional perfection of senses by meditating on their interaction with objects
  5. Meditation on sequence of events to predict the future
Developing Genius through Synergy of Analytical and Intuitive Faculties
  • Identify and modify negative attitudes by opposite thought
  • Calm the mind through breath-control and develop concentration of mind
  • Meditation on the interaction of a sense organ with an object is until true knowledge develops functional perfection.
  • Attachment and aversion develop bias. Control it by non-attachment to objects and self.
  • Linking the cause and effect develops analytical faculty.
