Empathy is reacting to others as one would to one’s own emotions. Its components are:

  • Harmlessness prevents opposition
  • Truthfulness ensures result according to action
  • Honesty develops credibility to create more wealth through cooperation
  • Growth is from synergy of team by teambuilding
  • Non-possessiveness facilitates teambuilding

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is enhanced by self-awareness, discipline, empathy and management of motives and egos.
