Acquisition of objects for enjoyment (Vishayananda) requires continuous effort and makes life stressful. Hence, for the youth, Kriya Yoga is for success(Yogah karmasu kausalam). For the elderly, Kriya Yoga is for happiness (Samatvam Yoga Ucyate).If one goes on asking why, one will find that false knowledge (Avidya) is the root cause of unhappiness. Health and happiness are lost due to excessive, improper or absence of input or behaviour only. True knowledge through Yoga gives happiness (Vidyananda).

Ego learnt since childhood is unlearnt by simple living and meditation on Nature. Discovering unity in diversity develops peace by developing Pure Consciousness (Purusha).
